Timothy Osborne
In constant pursuit of excellence and with an unquenchable thirst for cultural fluency and understanding - Timothy founded TOG in 2005 to reshape communities and bring beauty to sparse urban landscapes.
Timothy studied drafting and landscape design at the Atlanta College of Arts. He is a licensed General Contractor in NY and has shaped the company into a design and build firm for exterior and interior spaces.
Timothy is an avid traveler and surfer who seeks out unique locations around the world which inevitably influence the materials, design and outcomes of every TOG project.
Management Team
Tom Tinervin, CFO
Tom is an emotionally intelligent designer of repeatable growth. Tom leads The OG’s growth strategy with sound operational and financial governance — and an intuitive approach to marketplace innovation.
Tom is a fourth generation Brooklynite and is named after his great grandfather who had a refractory engineering business on Kane Street. Today, Tom divides his time between Brooklyn and Munich with his wife and two children.
Ian Savage, COO
Ian is responsible for the advancement and continual improvement of TOG’s day to day operations.
A naturally gifted leader; he leads with empathy and understanding to unlock the greatest potential of colleagues and clients.
With over two decades of experience leading both brand content / communication marketing and construction teams; Ian’s natural curiosity makes him a subject matter expert and “jack of all trades.”
As a carpenter himself; Ian is an advocate for quality craftsmanship, skilled trades and is commitedt to sustainable practices, recycling and innovation.
Savannah Barlow, Controller
Savannah is responsible for accounting and financial analysis.
As a mother and business leader, she represents the greatest embodiment and aspiration of TOG’s workforce.
Her keen financial understanding and strategic analysis allows for the continual improvement of a business operating in an industry demanding constant calibration.
Savannah studied business management at Florida State College of Jacksonville
